One of the things we are proud of at FTM CAMP is that all of our teaching faculty International or UK based are/were industry working professionals. Part of our criteria to join us as a teacher at camp is that you must have worked professionally in the creative industry.

Our staff at FTM CAMP need to be reliable, fun, and outgoing individuals who are in some way connected to the Performing Arts industry, and who enjoy working with young people. This is the role for you if you enjoy having an impact on young people’s life experiences and personal development.

• Activity Leaders (Sports/games/Arts and Crafts)

You must be over 18 years old and own a valid DBS. If you do not yet have a DBS, please still apply and we can get you one if we think you’re the right fit for the job role.

Our Role Models at FTM CAMP are someone we recognise is not only an inspiration as a dancer/performer, but above all we feel they have the maturity, patience and work ethic to be able to take on leadership responsibilities for young people at our camp.

A role model is not a paid role but you get to attend all masterclasses and activities at our summer camp for free, with free accommodation and 3 hot meals a day.

You must be over 18 years old and own a valid DBS. If you do not yet have a DBS, please still apply and we can get you one if we think you’re the right fit for the role.
