CAMP VALUES

  • HONESTY

We all make mistakes, and that is ok, as long as we recognise this and are honest and open with ourselves and those around us. Rob and Natasha respect honesty above all other factors and nothing is unresolvable with strong honest communication… so please never be afraid to come and talk to us.

  • COMMUNITY

At Fit The Mould Camp we strive to create an all inclusive and welcoming community. We pride ourselves on ensuring everyone feels at home and comfortable within this community, no matter who YOU are. We want all classes and areas of training to feel safe and supportive and we have an absolute no bullying policy, so if anyone experiences or witnesses this kind of behavior during camp please escalate it immediately.

  • RESPECT

At camp we endeavour to ensure that all campers feel they can respect themselves and others needs around them. Within camp we take an active stance on respecting peoples personal space, boundaries, and cultural and religious beliefs to create an all-inclusive camp. It is also our mission to ensure all campers show respect to the environment around us, by leaving camp as we find it and not disturbing nature/wild life while we are immersed within their habitat.

  • IDENTITY

We pride ourselves on allowing everyone to feel they can express themselves within our camp. Camp is a place to develop who you are in a nurturing friendly environment.

I am a West End Actress/Singer/Dancer and also a creative Director and Choreographer. My most recent projects are… Judy Haynes in White Christmas at The Sheffield Crucible. Choreographing ‘A Soldiers Women’ at THE COCKPIT Theatre in London, and working on the creative team of two brand new musicals, ‘I should be so lucky’ that is now out on a UK tour and ‘2020 The Musical’ that just had a really successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe in August the week after camp ‘23! I trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School (9 to 16 years) and then Laine Theatre Arts (16-19 years). To see more credits and shows I have been in, click on the CV link below.

  • Rob Chesters

    DIRECTOR / ON SITE PHYSIO

Hello and welcome to all our 2024 campers! My name is Rob and I am one of the Fit The Mould Camp Directors. I first started working at summer camps in 2014 at a summer camp in Los Angeles, California. I worked as a cabin counsellor (Role model equivalent) and worked my way up into a leadership role over a number of years. It has now been two fantastic summers of directing our own summer camp and I cannot wait for summer 2024!

My usual life is working on wards with teenagers and young adults going through their cancer diagnosis in the Royal Marsden Hospital, as a physiotherapist.

This year is going to be our biggest and best summer yet and I can’t wait to meet you all!

  • Caroline Mould

Hey 2024 Campers! I’m Sofia and I’m sooo excited to be part of FTM camp this year. It’s my first year joining, so for all you newbies we’ll be in it together - we’re going to have so much fun!

A little bit about me… I’m a professional Musical Theatre performer who trained at PPA in Guildford - class of 2023. I am now working professionally in the creative industry as a actress/singer/dancer and teacher. What’s amazing, is that Natasha gave me my first professional job working on ‘2020 the musical’ - it was so much fun! I’ve also worked professionally travelling the world on P&O cruises and UKP pantomimes. I adore tap dance, painting, exploring the outdoors and my mum/nonna’s cooking!

Can’t wait to meet you all soon!!

Hi I’m Libby. I’ve been dancing since the age of 3 & trained at SJ academy of Dance. I then went on to train at Bird College Conservatoire of Dance and Musical Theatre (age 16-19)
Upon graduation, I travelled the world as a professional dancer on Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria.

  • LOLA BARBOUR

  • Shania Mcgrath

I am a dancer and performer born and raised in South London, where I began my training from a young age in classical styles such as ballet, tap and jazz at the Chloe James Academy of dance. Since doing an A level in dance where I became proficient in the contemporary techniques of Graham and Cunningham I have become part of various dance groups and programmes such as Unapologetic UK, Glitch Dance Company and completed a 4 month apprenticeship with the Just Us Hip Hop Apprenticeship Company along with a tour in London and England. As well as training and building foundation in Krump and hip hop in London, I am now going to continue my technical training at Shockout Academy in Manchester. What I am most looking forward to at FTM is getting into classes and enjoying being around many likeminded creatives!

  • LILY MARCH

  • Lucy Bullock

Hi my names Lucy, I have danced since the age of 5 and have been in love with the art ever since. I trained at Karen Blackburn Academy of Dance until the age of 18 and during this period competed at the Dance World Cup and All England National Finals, placing at both. I have attended FTM events since 2017, and have loved all of them!

This year I can’t wait to join everyone at camp as a Role Model this year, hoping to see some familiar faces and new ones too! I’m particularly excited for the incredible line up of classes which includes the rare opportunity to learn from teachers who have travelled as far as Australia, and not to mention the insane itinerary of activities which never fail to disappoint.

I hope I can be a friendly face people can approach and I look forward to seeing everyone there!
